LOAN APPLICATION / FREE CONSULTATION

We gather some general information about your church and the type of loan that will best serve your needs. Information such as the location of your church, size of the church, as well as the loan amount that you are requesting.

LOAN PACKAGING

This all-important step involves a thorough examination of your church’s financial and historical information. Information brings confidence to lenders and we want to be able to answer quickly the questions we know that lenders will ask! Information such as your Church’s Story/History, Leadership History, Last 3 Years Financials, Debt Loads, Property Valuations and Weekly Attendance/Giving Units! We want to paint the big picture of where your church has been and where it’s going to a bright future. After all the needed information is gathered we will be able to create a first-rate presentation that enables us to secure the most competitive loan rates and terms to serve your ministry!

LOAN PRESENTATION

Now we begin to Shop Your Loan using lenders from across the nation that we have an established working relationship with. We work for you to negotiate for you the best possible rates and terms available. The advantage of working with American Church Loans is we are always hunting down the best deals for our clients. Our goal is to save you money and time and help busy pastors and church leaders obtain provisions for their God given vision!

CLOSING YOUR LOAN

Once you have received an (LOI) Letter of Intent, and soon thereafter a (LOC) a Letter of Commitment and make a final selection of the loan that best suits your church we assist you all the way through to the end of the closing process. We work closely with you and the lender to coordinate and expedite the closing process!
